For all matters concerning science fair human and animal ethics student/teachers should visit: NZASE Ethics

The Human Ethics form is no longer required. If you are doing projects with people under 16 years of age you need to complete the Project Information Form and have their parents complete the Consent Form.

The animal ethics form is available from the site above.
