For the 2020 Virtual Fair
Schools should confirm they are entering exhibits with an estimate of numbers by emailing hughandsandylensen@gmail.com by Monday the 31st August.
By Wednesday 2nd September schools should recieve the spreadsheet to make their entries which should then be sent to the above email address by Monday 7th.
By Wednesday 9th schools will recieve the ID codes for each exhibit.
Friday 11th September is the final date for entries
There will be a link on the front page of the website where students complete an entry form (don't forget the ID code) and each student should upload two files ;
- a video file (no more than 2 minutes) of the student presenting their project and
- a PDF of their logbook including the project script.
The Exhibits will be judged over a period of two weeks and results will sent out to schools early in term 4 including certificates and prize money

Local School Science Fairs completed so that
SCHOOL ENTRY EXCEL SPREAD SHEETS can be emailed to
hughl@mgc.school.nz by
11th September including those needing power point connections.
Tuesday before the Fair

Tuesday 15 September
SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CELEBRATION
Stadium 2000 will be open from 8 am for the Setting up of exhibits.
Judging; students with
exhibits need to be present at the following times:
- Yr 9-13 8.30 am to 11.00 am
- Yr 7 & 8 11.00 am to 1.30 pm
- Yr 3-6 11.00 am to 1.30 pm
Oral Presentations will take place in a side room.
Wednesday 16 September
Prize giving will be at 7pm and all prize winners should be present
