For the 2021 Fair
Schools should Register their intention to enter and state whether they will be running a school fair or submitting virtual entries for preliminary judging, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday the 13th August.
By Monday the 30th August estimated exhibit entry numbers should be emailed to:
Karen.Burton@mgc.school.nz for schools running a school fair
email@example.com for schools submitting virtual entries
For virtual entries a link on the front page of the website, will be open from the 6 - 10th of September where students complete an entry form and each student should upload two files ;
- a video file (no more than 2 minutes) of the student presenting their project and
- a PDF of their logbook including the project script
By Friday 10th September all schools fairs should be complete and all virtual entries should have been submitted.
By Wednesday 22nd schools will be sent a spreadsheet with their confirmed entries to the Regional Fair with the ID codes for each exhibit. Schools should check for missing entrants, entrants who have with drawn, spelling mistakes and any other issues and contact Hugh Lensen by Friday 24th confirming entries are correct or need changing.

SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CELEBRATION
Stadium 2000 will be open from 8 am for the Setting up of exhibits.
students with exhibits
need to be present at the following times:
- Yr 9-13 8.30 am to 11.00 am
- Yr 7 & 8 11.00 am to 1.30 pm
- Yr 3-6 11.00 am to 1.30 pm
will take place in a side room.
Wednesday 29th September8 (virtual fair ignore info below)
The stadium will be open for the public to view exhibits and Prize giving will be at 7pm and all prize winners should be present
